I used to love this place so much but here lately it's become bad. I asked for a toasted bagel and it came back barely warm. They also wanted to charge me more for cream cheese than the actual bagel. $1.75 more to be exact. Thanks, but I have cream cheese at the house. I ordered a decaf iced coffee and they told me that they could not make it. When I asked why, they said "it doesn't come like that". I'm sorry, what??? You don't even make your iced coffee? And how is a little cup of soup that they don't even make there $5.19???? That's insane. I'll save my money and go somewhere else. It's a shame. The prices went up but the quality went down. Stop taking the easy route and do things the right way. Sometimes faster, is not always better.....

They play classical music in the restaurant. Classiest Panera ever. Great location right off i-95. I would recommend it if you're hungry and need to stop. Very clean and spacious location. I love the decor and space.

My wife got food poisioning here today from a salad. The food quality is going down anyhow at Panera so I won't be back. Its basically fast food in disguise anyhow. I'm glad I have a real excuse not to go here anymore.

Went here the other day with my fiancé. When you order food they ask for your name and give you a pager so you know your food is ready. We went and found a table and waited 10 minutes and our food wasn't ready, so I walked up to the counter to find out what was taking so long. Turns out our food WAS ready and had been sitting up there and our soups were getting cold. When I said something to them their response was "sometimes our pagers aren't full charged, so next time that happens if it has been 4 minutes come up and check if your food is ready". So you have a system of paging people when their food is ready yet you can't use that system because you don't charge your pagers. Anyways other then that the food was good.

This Panera is one of the best ones around. The staff is very courteous and the restaurant is very clean. Added bonus; there is a patio outside with tables so you can enjoy the Florida weather. The staff is also very allergy conscious as well. The woman who took our order had the cooks change their gloves to keep any contact allergies at bay when we told them of a dairy allergy. Very responsible.

Never disappoints! The deal with the soup and salad is awesome. It's about $7 for a half sandwich (cafe or signature -- signature is a few $ more) and a soup. I recommend the tomato soup. It's very thick, so if you don't like that, don't order it ! It's delicious to dip the bread inside. A new sandwich that I am addicted to is the Mediterranean ! It's excellent for you veggie lovers and vegetarians. There's no meat on the sandwich, just onions hummus and many other delicious items.

Pricey but oh so delicious. The only problem I had once was that my vermont cheddar mac n' cheese was still cold, they reheated it and it was STILL cold again so they gave up on that one and gave me a fresh one. They have my favorite bread there and it doesn't last long in my house. Their chocolate duet cookies are amazing...mmm.

I had a really crazy experience here last summer. It was hot as hell outside and I stopped a Panera for lunch to go. I asked for a large drink - the person behind the counter said, "sorry, we don't have any large cups." I said, okay.... how about a regular drink?" she said "This is all we have" and handed me a very small plastic cup, which would hold maybe 8 ounces and she charged me full price. I asked her about it and she said that it was the manager's policy - the manager came over and acted like an ass. It was months before I ever returned. My latest few visits have gone very smoothly - the food is predictably good, much like other Panera Breads that I've visited.

Just got breakfast here. Gio helped me out - best customer service I've had in a LONG time! And the sandwich was yummy, too :)

I've been eating at Panera for close to ten years, across many major cities. I normally order an Italian, I put chips inside the sandwich, and its delicious. However. I've eaten at this particular Panera 8-10 times in the last several weeks in Palm Coast, and on no less than 4 occasions they didn't even get the order right. My experience this afternoon, where I gave them back the food and waited for a refund, was the last straw. They served me frozen bread, and two disgusting, inedible sandwiches. I asked the manager straight up how it was possible for them to even have frozen bread, given that they're a bakery and their bread is "freshly baked" and she was baffled. In fact, I made her touch the sandwich to prove the bread was ice cold and hard. No explanation. Had to wait around for my refund. No real apology, no remorse. My suggestion? Don't eat here at all. Paying for garbage sandwiches is what a Subway is for, and this is worse.

As far as Panera's go, this is subpar. It's gotten a little better, but the overall atmosphere of this place is McDonalds..eee. They ring your ringer before the food is ready, and then act like there is nothing wrong with you standing there waiting for your food to be done. The whole point of the ringer is to make the experience nice for the customer, but these people rather make sure their service times are low, rather then customer experience. This has happened to me multiple times. Also, they ALWAYS run out of Apple Crunch Muffins by about 10 AM. Some time ago, the managers that ran this place were ridiculously bad. If I would have left this review back then, i would leave one star. Its better now, but still the general feel of the place is like a fast food place, which Panera never was for me. I don't blame any of the staff, its the franchise owner. Apparently this is a franchise run by the son of the original owner, and the son either doesn't care, or doesn't know what he is doing. It's a shame, I used to live around one of the best Panera's and now I eat at McNeras.
